Our client is a global manufacturer of heat pumps, both air-source and ground-source; and other renewable heating products. They have a first class reputation for build quality, performance and after sales support and service. We have been retained to help find an outstanding sales person that can both develop new clients as well as account manage.

Ideally you will come from another manufacturer of heat pumps or other renewable heating products, but perhaps you are with a distributor or merchant looking to move up in your career to a major manufacturer, or possibly even an outstanding talent with a renewable heating installer. The critical thing is that you are a professional and capable sales person able to demonstrate previous successes, and your passion for the sector, providing outstanding service, and ambitious to progress.

Your role will be to nurture, develop and grow the companies approved installer network in the region. You will be a proven relationship builder with a good understanding of the issues faced by installers in today’s market. This of course means being very familiar with the latest MCS and RHI developments, as well as the clients product set. Full product training and technical support will be provided both to you, and to your customers. You will also know the issues faced by merchants and distributors as you will look after these accounts in your region too.

The company provide an extensive induction programme, which includes training on the company’s products, internal systems, and a full introduction to the team with whom you will be working. As part of a global manufacturing group the company also provide and support opportunities for personal development and training, as their ethos is to promote from within wherever possible.
